Changes and Cancellations by the Customer
In case of cancellation or amendment, you must send us a request by email, fax or post. Proof of posting will not be considered as proof of receipt, therefore, we advise you to confirm all changes to our Customer Services Department via telephone. Also, make sure you have received the written confirmation of changes in your booking before the travel. Though we will assist you, we cannot guarantee to meet these requests every time. Cancellations and changes in bookings will only be accepted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the supplier of the arrangements. The supplier reserve the right to charge you with cancellation fee which may be as much as the 100% cost of travel arrangements if you are very close to the departure date. Most scheduled airlines do not permit changes and in case of cancellation, they will charge you with the cancellation fee. If you are opting for no-frills airlines, they will charge you with 100% cancellation fee. Flights under European air charter program allow for changes to be made within 4 weeks before departure whereas name changes can take place within 72 hours before departure.
Changes and Cancellations by the Supplier
In case of supplier intend to make any significant changes to your confirmed arrangements, we will inform you immediately. Also, we will allow a communication between you and the supplier in relevance to the alternative arrangements provided by the supplier. However, we will not hold any responsibility other than that.
Our Service Charges
In addition to the applied charges by the supplier, we may apply a service charge for our services in particular conditions.Service | Charge |

The contract between you and the supplier hold certain conditions. As an agent, we do not hold any responsibility for the provision of the arrangements. Our core responsibility is limited to making the booking as per your instructions. We are not accountable for any information about the arrangements that we provide you. In case of an event where we found liable to you, our maximum responsibility is limited to minimizing the cost of your booking. Further, we do not eliminate or limit our liability for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence or involving ignorance of any of our employees when acting in the course of their job.

Some of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.
